Set on a picturesque flower farm in Crabbes Creek, our workshops are a celebration of creativity, connection, and craft. Hosted by Melissa - founder of Unique Wedding Flowers - each workshop is held in an intimate, relaxed setting among the flower fields and rustic charm of Bluegum Flower Farm.

With a rotating series of talented guest artists and floral designers, you'll be guided through hands-on sessions where you can learn new skills, connect with like-minded creatives, and enjoy delicious nibbles and drinks in a beautifully styled environment.

Whether you're looking to explore floral design, get crafty with weaving, or simply spend time immersed in beauty, there's something magical waiting for you here.

DINE & DESIGN - SATURDAY 25th OCTOBER 2025

WITH MELISSA & LIZZIE SWADDLING

A floral and dining experience like no other. Melissa and Lizzie will demonstrate a breathtaking hanging installation followed by a table arrangement demonstration. Guests will then create their own floral foam free arrangement which will become part of a styled long table for a shared dining experience under the stars (or inside, if the weather calls for it).

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Two floral demonstrations one on the hanging & a tutition on floral free foam table arrangement, that you will create and display on our dining table to then take home. )
Your own floral creation displayed during our Alfresco dinner
A beautifully styled group dining experience
A locally sourced, delicious shared meal- italian style platters
Drinks and heartfelt conversation among the flowers

Get into the festive spirit with our Christmas floral workshops. Whether you’re after a one-on-one session or want to join a small group, Melissa will guide you through creating a Christmas wreath or table centrepiece - perfect for your home or as a handmade gift.
